For most restaurants with the exception of the ultra competitive fine dining scene, one interview was enough after all we were never praise as being burger flippers. Yet now there is a a weird idea that everyone needs two sometimes 3 interviews to be a server or cook. Just needed to vent I'm done . If the industry keeps going on like this I'm positive we will be replaced by roombas with spatulas and baskets and human servers will be replaced by actual servers and bots dropping food at tables getting ketchup squirted on it and knocked over. I've lost faith in the industry ever being able to be a decent.
