2 weeks into bank operations/IT Job and going to quit

I never had this happen to me before, but I’m quitting after only working here 2 weeks. Everyone is miserable and the job isn’t anything that they made it seem. Feels like you are expected to be a human robot and only goal is not not make any errors. It’s not that I can’t handle it, it’s just not for me. Within the time working there I have already seen other departments threaten us by “telling on us” to upper management if we make another mistake. It’s just a toxic work environment. Their too cheap to even replace scanners that keep jamming and barely can get an ink cartridge. Anyone else work in bank operations before? I’m sure I’m not the only one that feels this way.
