I do security at a pretty well-known financial institution, but this location isn't where you go in to withdraw cash or anything of the like. They had done an emergency freeze on any projects in regards to work being done critical facilities after SVB fell, and just recently, they let go of about 20 people let go, including one lady who had given 20 years of her life to the company. This place could not give a shit about their employees (some poor soul came in to find out he got terminated), and they're always cycling people in and out of this place, but this recent layoff appears to have been THE ENTIRE DEPARTMENT (at least at this site), save for guess who? The managers. I dislike the client I work for, but this only furthers my discontent with them. I'm just curious who will be next to get the axe…
