A close friend worked at a local hospital which had limited parking on site. Most of the employees parked off site and took a shuttle bus. Employees who had been employed for twenty years got parking passes to park on site. About six month after my friend had been there twenty years she went to HR and asked how come I have not gotten a parking pass. HR told her it's because we done have any available. She then pointed out there are many people who work in administration who have been here less than twenty years have passes. HR told here “thats because people in administration work harder. ” She quit on the spot.
