Please note that contract also shows generic duties but not the specific duties that was from previous higher role position in previous contract that the company verbally mentioned will remain. Their previous role were from client services promoted to marketing and after 6 month there was dispute unfair justice which caused to remove that job position but so specific tasks from martketing and now this new contract has a client service role that is a lower position, demotion.

About all sorts of terrible things they could be doing. It could be worker exploitation, employee mistreatment or union busting. Just point me toward a cause and I'll give them a serious piece of my middle aged midwestern lady mind! I use my powers for good!

I work for a company called Conduent for three years, my roles are tech support and billing. While I do have some pretty good managers that has helped me during the worse of times, though even they pull the same bullshit I see posted in this subreddit. The company itself has become super stressful to work for and I have to follow metrics that are unreasonable. Since we're contracted to a popular tech company, the customers tend to range from abusive, racist, and just very entitled; I also juggle multiple job roles while having to learn about new products, protocols on what to say during a call which changes all the damn time, and no amount of abuse you take seems to be good enough. When my friend reported them the government agency responsible had a sit down with the white collar crooks and did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Then they told my friend that their employer: “Didn't seem like bad people, and there is nothing we can do.” My friend logged all his hours and had proof, but it didn't matter. Later one of the managers raped a secretary (Allegedly) and got away it. They also beat a 20 year old man so bad he is in a wheel chair for life with a severe brain injury. When he quit they doctored $1200 of his last paycheck for a Kevlar vest (earlier provided) that he filmed himself returning to their office. Everyone told him to sue but the assholes made sure he stayed broke while he worked in the dark trenches of the criminal underworld making them vacation money.
