i like to shit at work, because i don't have to pay for the toilet paper and the toilet is nice and clean. i am taking maybe average or more than average time to shit. i like shit comfortable time for, but not rush you see… but i neeed not shits too much too long.
Independent Consultant Seeking Advice
Hello everyone, First off, I wish I knew about this subreddit earlier, the memes, community, and overall vibe are things that are great for a recent graduate who is getting into the job industry. I need some insight/tips regarding how staffing agencies can best hire workers? How can they attract and retain them? The struggle here with the company I am consulting for is attempting to fill in the 800-900 job openings and understanding why people are not seeking jobs in the first place, I am also curious if any of you have experience with them. To catch everyone up, I work in a major theme park in a city that would not exist without theme parks. Even as a supervisor working almost full-time and on a “premium” wage I cannot afford even a low-income apartment in my city anymore. With a young son and the crippling economic situation I can’t see a light at the end of the tunnel without a simple raise. Here at the park, we have been pushing alcohol more and more when we previously did not have it at all in our gift shops, we now do. This comes with quarterly training going over how we can be arrested or sued for improper serving when we did not sign up for a job with this risk and have not received any additional compensation for taking on this absurd risk to our lives and livelihood. Small town New Zealand for ya
Before you read this, forget everything you know about employment. In our third world country most non-governmental jobs have no contracts, no paperwork. Just verbal agreements. No insurances, paid vacation, medical leave, etc. You just… work. And yes it leads to as much troubles as you think. So I was doing freelance work for a small company for a while until they wanted to hire me full time. This meant they send me tasks, I give a deadline, and deliver on time. If there is any need for meetings or anything that requires me to come to the office I should be there. This was mostly fine. Until I was informally asked last month to come to the office for two hours everyday till the end of that month. I honestly needed more routine during that time so I agreed.
