Thinking about going back makes my anxiety high. Could I technically quit while on PTO?

My manager has stopped interacting to me because I did not approach her during my appraisal period. She told me I would be getting 18 percent raise and I outrightly said NO to that. Then, I told her my expectation and she denied to take it further. Finally, I found someway through HR and higher management and I got my 30 % raise. But, my manager has stopped talking to me and screamed once that why people don’t come to her. She is biased af and I don’t talk to her too. I maintain decorum and speak only when it requires. I’ve always been an introverted person and I tend not to talk a lot unless I’m around familiar people. I’ve only started this job a month ago and already people are complaining and making comments about my lack of small talk and engagement with staff members. For instance, I was asked why am I so quiet by multiple people. Sometimes I don’t want to talk I’m tired or just not in the mood. Is it by force??? They look down on you if you don’t engage in small talk ask them about their day or what country their from etc. One manger said I’m clearly not here to make friends and mentioned why don’t I talk much. I just don’t want to talk or pretend that I’m interested when I’m not. Any advice?

So like as far as I know where I live anyway in Tennessee police officers get payed like 46k a year not even a living wage so do they get payed more in other places cause I’m confused and for all my life that I’ve known police officers got payed like crap and I just hear someone say that they get pay like 75k for where they live so am I missing out on something do they get payed well is it based on area I just don’t know I’ve lived fairly rural for all my life

This is at Chick Fil A (they have an at-will employment), I called out on my last day and they're asking me to come in though I'm not going to anyways because I'm sick and things seem to have gone sour between me and the manager. Our pay day once every few weeks and was worried they might refuse to give me my paycheck. I'm under 18 if that matters.

I saw an ad on the side of a bus yesterday (was driving, so no pic) that showed a smiling warehouse worker and the words, “No interview necessary.” That seems…not normal.
