Hi there. Just thought I would mention that after stumbling upon the date, because it really is a wake up call. So basically: -If you're worth more than 750 000 dollars, you're part of the 1% worldwide -If you're worth more than 1 million dollars, you're part of the 0.7% worldwide -If you're worth more than 2 million dollars, you're part of the 0.25-0.3% worldwide. This is the reality of this world: if you're worth just 2.1 million dollars, you're literally 1 in 400 or 333 people : you're a rarity at this scale. This speaks volumes about the absurd position that billionaires are in currently.

Where to report violations
Hey everyone, I've been increasingly fed up with my work lately, and today while I was talking with coworker, I brought up pay. My manager who was in the other room said it's company policy not to talk about pay with coworkers, and if i had a problem with pay i need to talk to HR and/or the store manager. I want to know if anyone knows where I'd go to report this. If it helps at all, I'm in Colorado in the US. Thank you guys

Hello fellow comrades.
I work in a Supermarket on the Beers, Wines and Spirits department. Just recently there has been a new guy they have put with me who doesn't look like he is there to work very hard. Of course I realise he needs to be given a fair chance, but from what he has told me, I won't be holding my breath. Anyway, the expectations of what now needs to be achieved, have gone through the roof. I asked the manager what would happen if these new expectations are not met, and he informed me that both myself and the new guy would be paying the price. I give 100% every time I'm on shift. Do you agree I should go and mention this to the understanding chap we have in Personel, along with the passive agressive threats I have recieved about this from the store manager ?
