When Fighters are in contract negotiations, basically wanting more money, the president Dana White says they “don't wanna fight” lol. This seems like it's rampant.

Riots in France; Pension Overhaul
Over the last few days riots and protests have occurred across the country of France due to the President of France, Emmanuel Macron increasing the pension/retirement age by two (2) years from 62 to 64. This is apparently being done “in order to preserve France's much-prized “share-out” system”. What this means is France's pension system will crash, as there are likely going to be A LOT of people taking out their pension or a portion for it within the next few years; as there's a large population of working-class people about to reach the pension-receiving age. What the government does to fix this problem is make everyone work longer so they pay into the pension system for a little bit longer. This bill was pushed through without being voted on and was also supported by the Prime Minister of France. The majority of people in France support the protest movement…
“Productive member of society”
Isn't it great how our goal in life drilled into us from birth isn't to live a happy life or be a good human or anything similar. Instead we must strive to be productive members of society. Our entire value to society is measured in productivity. And they tell us what productive means: working for them to keep the machine running and fuel their lifestyle. Learning to grow food and feeding your community yourself isn't productive but learning to grow food and working for their food distribution company is. Instead of everyone producing and sharing our skills for and with each other we've been duped into giving a middleman (the capitalist) all our value, letting him determine how much of it we can keep and then thanking him for the privilege.
https://alphahistory.com/nazigermany/work-in-nazi-germany/ Any out spoken critic that was left of center, at all, was often threatened or put into concentration camps once the Nazi party had control over the Weimar Republic. It’s absolutely wild the rhetoric they had that was in favor of the capitalists and business owners. Many of their worker policies were rooted in fascism. When a country starts restricting workers rights to negotiate salary, to unionize, and to strike, it is a quick descent. Fun fact: at its highest point, Nazi Germany only had 10% of its population as Nazi party members. Don’t let any sympathizers convince you that those who were a part of the Nazi party were just workers. You had a choice to not be in the party, and most Germans chose not to be in the party.
