How should I report this?
So I work at a fast food chain and I actually really like it here, nearly all my coworkers are cool except for one manager, I hate him. I have evidence that he said “that new girl is stupid” behind my back (I wasn’t new), he talks down on all the employees, takes a shit ton of food with him when he leaves, and gives me hell. A few days ago (I’ve been letting this simmer, trying to decide if I even want to report) I was on table, where the food and everything is made, doing assembly. We ran out of boxes for one item, so we just started using our generic universal boxes for this item that is usually used for limited time items and when putting the item up on the bagging area we would just call out “hey this is ‘item 1’” or “this is ‘item…

Riots in France
Over the last few days riots and protests have occurred across the country of France due to the President of France, Emmanuel Macron increasing the pension/retirement age by two (2) years from 62 to 64. This is apparently being done “in order to preserve France's much-prized “share-out” system”. What this means is France's pension system will crash, as there are likely going to be me A LOT of people taking out their pension or a portion for it within the next few years; as there's a large population of working-class people about to reach the pension-receiving age. What the government does to fix this problem is make everyone work longer so they pay into the pension system for a little bit longer. Hi everyone, I hope this is the right place to ask this and if it's not please let me know I'll remove the post right away :). A couple months ago, the owner of the store I work in (in California) came in especially angry at us. Triggered by the fact we hadn't put a “sold out” sign on a coin machine, he continued to scream at us about how he would “never use a trans person's preferred pronouns because that's stupid and made up” in front of all the customers. How a sold out coin machine can lead to that I can't really tell you, he'll use any reason to yell at us. Old employer is withholding my w-2
Pretty much the title. My old employer is a bitter, rich capitalist that thrives on being as petty as possible. I’ve been asking for my W-2 for weeks now and he is forcing me to drive an hour and a half just to pick it up. He refuses to email it or even mail it to me. Is this illegal? What can I do to save myself the trip and also stick it to the rat bastard for withholding an important tax document?
