2min of personal time, a day?

Hope this is okay and belongs here; Throwaway account for obvious reasons. Employed at a Three letter pharmacy company and I get to work from home (thankful for that part) but got a long email from our supervisor recently that was just ridiculous. Apparently, we only get 2 min of personal time a day (bathroom use, get water, etc); Supervisor sent us a long email stating what a privilege it is to have and that it can be taken away anyway; we do get scheduled breaks and lunch breaks, so I understand I may have a better work environment than most but I am incredulous at their short-sightedness. Being on the front lines I've experienced a lot of ways to make calls more efficient and easy for our callers but corporate insists on docking us points for not using their format and needlessly complicating calls; and they don't want to hear any of our ideas. After following guides and increasing my call “quality” to as close to 100 I can get, I noticed they're only scoring calls that I slipped up on..

This may not even belong here. I'm sorry, just frustrated.
