30 seconds of overtime

So I work for a big box store a membership big box store. Last week we were told that we had to clock out right at the end of our shift no one was allowed overtime. The company makes billions and you can't afford a 90 second overage? I'm sorta at a loss for words on the issue. How much money is time and a half on 23 an hour rate for 90 seconds? So confusing to me. Just pay your damn workers.
