(32yr M)My co workers told me that I seem spaced out or absent minded

I can be cordial and conduct a conversation with most random people I meet. But outside of that I do not like to talk about my self. Further more I’m VERY reserved on what I decide to share and with whom. My problem is that I enjoy working with this Group but Their mistaking my body language for slight arrogance but I can’t open up any sooner than I deem fit
