4.0 percent across the board…

So where I work claimed everyone was getting a 4.0 percent raise. (Yeah I know, I'm looking for a new job, not what this is about.) Our new pay scale was posted and something looked off to me. I did the math on every department, every max out pay, found most of us got something like 3.98% because they rounded incorrectly. A very lucky few broke 7 because that whole department has been hemorrhaging workers. So what I'm wondering is how best to bring it to managements attention that they seem to have made some sort of rounding error on my pay… I already started telling all my coworkers, even though it amounts to about $20 over the course of a year. If they fire me it'd basically be doing me a favor at this point.
