The large secondary school (2000+ students) I work at is exploring the idea of adopting a 4 day working week for teachers from next year. I love the idea, but wonder how it would work? Does anyone have experiences to share about how timetabling in such a model would even work? It seems as though there would need to be students on site every day, so would only be a 4 day week for teachers. Is this possible, and if so how do we make it work??
