I am certain this has been posted on anti-work multiple times so I apologize in advance. Hopefully this post isn't too annoying. But there is good reasons behind it however.
Just google it (I am actually at work right now so I will do the research later today). I remember seeing information that we would be on the same level if not more efficient with a 4 day work week(. Provided we were to get paid for what we would over a 40 hour work week).
I think it would be much more beneficial in every aspect for your employers and for the workers themselves. During that period of having 3 days off, workers will be much more equipped for recharging for the next work week. I think this is imperative for those jobs that take a toll on workers like tradesmen, or engineers. Studies could be done on how it can improve people's mental health as well.
Honestly, having 2 days off goes by so quickly too. Like in a blink of an eye sometimes then its Monday all over again. And at least Sunday won't be as dreadful considering you have an extra day off. It just makes more sense to have a 4 day work week instead. What do you all think?
