4th Interview

I have been asked to interview a candidate for a role on my team. She is an engineer who previously worked at Google. She passed the primary screening and a BA interview and a technical interview. I am the FOURTH interview. I have myself bailed when asked to do more than 3. I feel like such a jerk going through it – I plan on telling her the interview is going to be quick as she has already interviewed on many topics. I will offering a few softball questions on some specific topics for the team. I have already pretty much made my decision that she is going to pass my interview – my goal is to make this as painless as possible for her. Edit:. There ended up being 5 people on the call. Edit:. There ended up being 5 people on the call. Still only lasted 30 minutes, tried to be relevant to the role. I don't think she thought it was a trap. She did well. I assume they will extend an offer. This is a highly technical job.
