7-Eleven Employee in distress.

I don’t have time or the mental capacity to even tell my story right now. All I have is questions. What’s the least an employer can pay you. I get 12.75. Is there a full 40 ever working there? Is the probationary period real? How do they decide raises because I’ve been told two things. 90day probationary and work hard enough. But what’s the point of “working hard enough” when no matter how hard you work, you can’t get hours until someone calls off or quits? Buzz words of $13/hr and 40 hours thrown so much. How do I get out of this trap?
