7 Million in sales, now fight over a 50$ gift card.

Working at a company in the custom service department for the holidays. Today I log in, CEO posts on slack how this a record shattering sales week, over 7 Million in sales! Good for them I guess, It's seasonal and pays wells so what do I care? Then less than 30 min later Customer Service Lead posts that we're doing a fun little game! The game is called 'Who can work the fastest?' The prize? a 50$ gift card! Well that's great except with the seasonal hires there are over 200 workers in the department! And only the single person with the highest productivity score gets the prize.
