9 question email before scheduling an interview

I applied for a veterinary tech position in my area. this was the response I received BEFORE being able to schedule an interview. I have ~6Yrs in the field and am very qualified for this position. I'm tempted to answer the questions and ask the same in return… wtf? ​ What makes your work (job) meaningful? Why do you want to work in the veterinary field? Describe your perfect work environment? What are your career goals? How do you work with others? And independently? What should be my expectations for you? What are your expectations of me? Give an example of a time when you have gone above and beyond to help a client or co-worker? What attributes would you bring to Hanford Veterinary Hospital that will help the hospital grow and be successful?
