As it stands at this moment there are very few cases before the supreme court which do not have a decision. there are three with immigration elements. Likely all to be voted against the rights of individuals.
How does this impact Antiwork movement? Actually anything that reduces a population that can be exploited using min wage helps the movement. That does not mean this is a good direction to head in, it will cause many a business to fail. Seems like shooting off your nose to spite your face, but that is direction.
Lucky for us there are no cases involving Labor before the Supreme Court, of course that is likely to change. The Labor shortage is of their own making and to continue down the path they have chosen is to only make that issue more problematic.
