I and my partner are starting a plastic recycling business based on the Precious Plastic platform within the next month. We are hoping to start hiring employees in 1.5 years. I have been browsing this subreddit for ideas on how to ethically run the business and treat employees. We looked up online that minimum wage should be between $15-22/hr, which we will aim for, but are afraid that might cause problems since the starting wage around here seems to be $10-12/hr. I would like to see what a buisiness built on this communities ideas would look like. Please give us ideas, advice, and any comments you can think of!
