Reporting retail manager

I just recently quit my retail merchandiser job after year of working. I honestly don’t understand what is up with our company that some managers don’t treat us well, most do, but this guy just chose to be really nasty with us. So the day before I left my job, I am being put to work on water isle at one of the grocery stores with the guy who only worked his second day into this role. The isle was full of product of course and it was almost the entire store-length isle. I weigh like 110 lbs and my co-worked is even taller and skinnier than me, and I worked second week after being sick with covid. I had muscle weakness and told my team lead about that first day when she tried to put me on water isle and wanted me to move all the shelves. So we…

So we started working according to planogram and yes it turned out to be a lot of backstock. When we got lots of product off the shelf, which obviously was not easy in the early morning hours, this manager comes around and says NOTHING to us, but just accuses us of screwing up all the plastic on water pallets. (couple of them may have tore, but not all of them, but I think he meant that we lifted it up or something) He spent his entire time on walking back and forth and getting angry about how incorrect the planogram is. He never found my team lead and talked to her. The odd thing he did is he sent one of his workers to us to clean up the area, saying we got some spots there or spillage. Which was not true, we never spilled anything and there was not any container breakage. After doing 80-90% planogram, my team lead comes around and asks if we spilled anything, that the manager called the merchandiser and complained about us reseting the water isle and basically accused us of breaking and spilling something. They also complained about us having too much carts and stuff around etc. It was all clean and neat at the end. After I came from break, hoping to get this over, he just told our team lead that he does not want us to complete it. It has passed 4-5 hours of work when he made up his mind. I felt abused and disgusted and mistreated. This is not the first case that we have something up of course, but I feel like I can’t stay silent no more. I feel like I don’t deserve this kind of treatment for doing my job.

Can I report this guy for treating us like that after I quit my job? If yes, where or how? We work for different companies. Sorry, if my language is weird, I am not a native speaker.
