Only being able to post screenshot texts on a Sunday is stupid

What is the reasoning behind it? Screenshots are the best, simplest way to show the absolute horseshit an employee has had to deal with, I don't want to just read a written post about it. Why only Sundays? What kind of insane rule is this?
