I am in my mid 20s and I work for a million dollar company owned by a billion dollar public company. I am not motivated to work hard.

I noticed I get fired after a couple years from each job. Which is ok because I usually get another job because I went to school and have industry skills and exp. Because my boss and mines goals don’t align. I just wanna clock in and they want someone to make them a million dollars. It’s every bosses dream to onboard a young employee and get massive returns from them. I easily cover my expenses and even save up and travel because I still live at home with my parents. I also see all companies care about is leaning out the organization and cutting fixed costs. Basically fucking employees over and saving senior managements asses. The ceo makes 10s of millions a year and pays everyone as little as possible so I don’t really feel bad not working hard. Am I doing something wrong? Do I have to rethink my…
