How should I phrase “what will you do with the record profits?” at my company town hall?

We have a company-wide town hall later this week, and based on previous reports the business did phenomenally last year. Record profits, huge amounts of growth, etc. There's going to be a Q&A at the end of the call, and I'd like to ask how they plan on distributing the profits. Raises are traditionally the usual pathetic 2-3%, so I'd love to push back on that and ask if they plan to address inflation during this current review cycle and reward employees for our hard work. Thoughts on how to phrase something like this? I don't want to come across as combative but I want to put them on the spot.
