Covid sick = quality time with family

For the record, I’m not necessarily anti-work. I think work should be as meaningful as possible and certainly not abusive. Long story short I am working in higher ed biomedical research admin. When I was informed today by employee health of my return date I let my supervisor know of it. She responded that she was sorry that I had Cove it and was hopeful I would be able to spend some quality time with my son. Neither my son or husband are positive and we live in a small house. It goes without saying that quarantining and trying to keep them safe has been a challenge. In light of this, it means that my young teenage son has been spending too much time on video games and with his phone while mom tries to isolate and recuperate. This by no stretch of the imagination qualifies as “quality time “in…
