I have applied to over 100 jobs as someone with a bachelor’s degree and 15 years work experience and have had 4 interviews in 4 months. My degree is in biology and my skill set is very wide. I have applied at varying types of jobs. These employers want people with 100% of the qualifications they’re looking for with absolutely no wiggle room. Not to mention, the pay is laughable and often times the hours are not feasible for someone with a family.
At what point is this going to change. Do we all need to refuse to work anymore? They can’t evict ALL OF US, can they?
