Throwaway for reasons.
About a month and a half ago I started working for a merchandising company that specializes in remodeling stores. For the first project I was assigned to, I commuted, for which I was paid mileage. For the next project, I'm required to travel at least 7 hours away, for which I will be provided a hotel. Prior to receiving the information of the store I would be working at, it was not communicated to me at any time that this hotel room would be shared with another associate, which I am vehemently against, and would not have agreed to travel for the project had I known this. The project is going to last at least another 7 weeks. Am I being unreasonable for not wanting to share a hotel room with a total stranger for almost two months, even though the hotel is obviously on the company's dime?
