How do I politely ask for a raise from my dad’s friend to pay back an old woman?

My so-so boss is my dad's friend and lowered my office work pay due to the climate. I learned that a nice church friend who took care of me when my parents were out of town refused money from my parents. I really want to pay her back somehow. How do I politely ask for a raise to pay her back without angering them and my parents? They're super sensitive about manners and so on.
