I worked at a eyelash extension company for 8 years. They had the typical “we’re like a family” bs. So my boss will come in and back hand compliment you if she doesn’t like what you’re wearing. She pays everyone minimum wage w/50 cent raises peppered in. No benefits. “We’re too small a company to provide health insurance.” So basically the best fit for her to hire is someone on welfare. I could go on about this company.
