I think I'm about to get fired for not being at the beckon call of the boss and for following IT security standards.
You know…stuff like restricting access to the server rooms. Or not being able to pull up the emails for an employee who left over 2 years ago. Not archive access…no, they want it in their email inbox.
Oh btw….this person is by their own admission, is not technical, and never worked in I.T. To give you an idea…they have trouble using an iPhone.
Needless to say, it's become very toxic.
How would you feel if someone who had no clue about what you did said you were doing it wrong and on top of that a lot of what they are asking you to do against what is done in the industry?
