Also, considering the inflation we won't be able to afford any pay hikes this year, but I'm sure you guys aren't motivated by trivial stuff like money. I really appreciate your efforts to give your hundred percent to the company, but I believe that all of you can give your 110%.
I know that you are not bad resources, and I believe that you guys can do much better. I fully trust in you guys to go over and beyond your job requirements and do things the xyz way.
