Been out of work since before covid due to a wicked car crash. Am pretty darn qualified for my field but do have a decent gap in my resume.
I'm not sure if the state I'm in versus the state he is in technically counts refusal of advancement in the application process as employment discrimination. But, hey, what do I care. I reported his ass to the office for civil rights.
