Hi everyone, I was terminated from my previous job due to union busting, but as it was an at-will state, they picked something to use as misconduct and fired me on the spot (no warning/write up/etc). Filed for unemployment, was denied as they said it was misconduct, so I appealed again. I finally have my phone hearing and need some tips on how you were successful!!
I’m afraid to submit documents such as the anti-union documents they presented to us 1 week prior, etc. as I have to send it to the opposing side as well before the hearing? Has anyone had any experience with this?
