I have worked for this company for 2 years and I am about to quit. This is the most corrupt company I have worked for. I have been told to repeatedly lie to clients.not diagnose things correctly to hide our mistakes and I have been forced to follow procedure which ruins our clients roof warranty which we are told not to tell our client. Instead we are supposed to tell them to work with us because we won’t invalidate their roof warranty. As soon as a client has any roof damage the contractors will come out and say you have no warranty due to our work. Our contract says we have no responsibility for any roof damage to the client. This means they have to pay out of pocket to fix there roof while running in circles with us to accept liability which we never do usually totaling around 25,000 to 45,000 depending on the roof. Old ladies, single mothers, doesn’t matter once they are scammed that’s it. The president of our company charges around a %2,000 mark up on all our services. We repeatedly have to go on work and break osha regulations regarding our safety because our company charges $767 dollars to let us drill into the roof to install our protective equipment while working on the roof. Most client laugh in our face about this fee so we regularly don’t mention it and don’t harness up even when we should. Management is only concerned with making money and will never change. Are these business practices legal but unethical? Can I report this anywhere?
