Hi everyone,
I’ve just found out by accident that the new employee in my company (I was his buddy) has the same salary I do.
I’ve been working here for almost two years and once I found that out, I had no idee on how to reach.
I find this to be quite depressing given the fact that during the two years here I took extra tasks, spent my time and nerves on teaching new employees business and this made me realize that most of the times, wether you care or not about the company your work for, the outcome is the same (salary wise).
What would you do?
