I live in Vegas, and many jobs here are titled model/server, model/front desk – you get the idea. They then ask for pics and ask that you come in for the interview in certain type clothing. By putting the word Model in front of the job description, they are getting around the “you gotta look good” thing, and if they are ever called into court, they will say “hey, it's a modeling gig”. Any employer that asks you for a pic wants you to be pretty, it is NOT for security issues.
