Boss sent this in the group chat earlier today.
“Next couple of weeks I really need everyone on board. So aches and pains please tough it out.” Followed by ” big dreams takes big work”
This coming after one of my colleagues was running fever and had muscle aches but still tried to work thru the day. After lunch he decided to try to take the rest of the day off since he was feeling terrible and my boss through a hissy fit. The coworker avoided the confrontation and toughed it out as my boss would put it.
