Put in my 2 weeks

This isn't the happy kind of I quit my job post. I actually love my job. I'm a paramedic for a private ambulance company in California. I want to do my job. I want to serve my community. I just can't keep working 60-90 hour weeks. The mandatory overtime is destroying my health and relationships. Management refuses to raise pay (emts start at $15, medics at $17) so everyone who can is leaving for the fire department or nursing school. I can't wait to have my life back. But I'm not happy.
