My manager is an asshole to every employee, so it’s not just me he’s treating poorly. He told me I might want to look for a new opportunity. I’ve taken his advice and am close to landing a new job. My plan is to walk out when I do and let hr know it’s because of my managers behavior. I don’t think I owe them any notice and they’re gonna be fucked for a while when I walk away. Thoughts on this? Would this be too unprofessional?
