Im not sure how to feel. Although it's mostly warranted, it also would've been warranted months if not years ago. They just fired him when it was most convenient for them (we're not currently completely understaffed like usual, and our off-season just began). Which I get, but it still feels shitty to me. At the end of the day even if we made the company tens of thousands of dollars, they will still get rid of us if the upper management doesn't like us. And the shittier employees that management does like, will never be punished.
This is why I refuse to ever move into management. I will never value a company's reputation or profits over a single individual's livelihood, I refuse to.
