I work in a shared office space with pretty supportive colleagues in my department. I have been at my job longer than 50% of the other employees, but make less than 25% of the other employees. Pretty sure my coworkers would be sympathetic. Should I be concerned about getting fired or reprimanded or something by management of my department or upper management or hr or anything? If so what's my best line of defense?
