So I work for real estate company and when we lease an apartment they use to give us a bonus. The bonus was calculated by 1 percent of gross leased amount. This worked out well because the company didn’t pay that much for hourly. But then they took it away (they said it was temporary) at the beginning of the pandemic and switched to a low flat rate lease bonus. I did the math this is about 16 percent pay cut. And the company is making us calculate noi for all our sites and we’re seeing record profits like 7 to 16 percent increase over all sites. But they didn’t bring it back. I know the other workers are pissed but no body will say anything. What do we do?
