Work passwords, do NOT share!

I’ve seen a few posts over the last few days where people are fired or getting fired. Where they are being instructed to share passwords with managers. Do NOT do this. Any system you have control of in your name, particularly with a username linked to you directly, should not be accessible by anyone else. If they need access to that system, they create a new account and give it to the custodian and disable your one. Anything that gets done using YOUR user account, traces back to you. Data breaches, you become liable for. Malicious activity on the system, shows against you. Yes you have been fired but all they need to do is say we have proof, disgruntled ex-employee did this. The way I see it, phishing comes in many guises. Don’t trust anyone with your password details, in personal life or work life.
