So I've been working for a company under a staffing agency for about 4 months. I was told I'd be hired on soon and I just got my offer letter and it's a big pay drop. Which is shocking honestly. I'm getting close to 16/hr through the agency and my offer letter says 13/hr. I'm not signing that but do you guys have any tips on how to talk to my boss come Monday? I'm positive the company already pays at least 20/hr to the agency for my work.
