I work for an outsourcing company. The first company I was sent to, I was promoted to a management position. That company went through a seriously terrible PR mess and then had to go through massive downsizing. I was taken out of my management position with no notice (demoted to what I was promoted from) then sent to a different company. At the new company I do not have the same management position so now on my resume it looks like I was demoted out of something I did. They took my position away right before it hit the six month part too.
Not to mention my promotion only garnered me $14 an hour while my friend who washes dishes makes $17…
