Just got fired from a job refusing to work on a 0% commission if not hitting 80% targets

I'm not sure what was worse, my sale targets being 14 a day then having to hit 80% otherwise I wouldn't get any commission at all or my colleagues agreeing with me initially and when it came to protesting this idea my colleagues left me on my own which left me singled out and I got fired instantly for standing in what I know is right.
