Take promotion or stay bored?

Not sure this is the right thread, but I have no irl sounding board. I’m interviewing with president of my company tomorrow for a possible promotion. Fortune 500 company. Currently, I make $45k/year+ benefits working M-F, 6 hour days. My job is 90% boredom and I read or play AC:NH on my switch all day. I’m overqualified but was happy to take a job where I had time to just breathe without ‘go, go, go’ until I hate everything. Now, the new position is Marketing/Internet Sales/Training and I think they’re going to lowball me at $60k/year and do two+ positions because that’s how corporations roll. We have no digital presence so I’d be building the initiative from the ground up with 60% corporate provided content. I’d also be closer to the ‘Good old boys club’ that is rampant in this industry and working closely with a sales manager who is…

I’d also be closer to the ‘Good old boys club’ that is rampant in this industry and working closely with a sales manager who is ineffective to the point of ignorance but he’s chummy with the men up top.

My concerns are alienating myself from a future when maybe the sales manager is gone or for the SM position itself if I turn it down. However, it doesn’t make sense to me to move to a job that is more hours/work/stress/headache for only $15k more. I can also probably negotiate for a hybrid/remote work week and possibly a vehicle allowance that would maybe be $300/month. Should I suck it and see what the future holds? There is a path for upward mobility if I do. I really like this company and the people I work with. The president seems to actually care, values his staff, and follows performance results rather than micromanage.
