I found this article last night. It hit like a bull's eye on my situation. I was hired 4 months ago at a new job and already I see that they don't care for anyone that is not in a supervisor role. I can see I'm being 'managed out'…my stupid mistake was trying to hype up our crew into being one of the best in our region. I was reminded very crudely to shut up and mind my own business, and that I'm not a supervisor so stop talking like one…
